About Me

My name is John Allen. I started life coaching because I wanted to help people find fulfillment and meaning in life by living into their life’s calling and passions.

My background is in business and engineering. I worked for several years as a marketing professional, developing, launching, and promoting a number of new products. I am extensively trained in leadership theory and leader development.

A long time follower of Jesus Christ, my mission, vision, and values are shaped by my faith, and therefore so is my business. I work with people of any faith and do not seek to force my perspective. For those who wish a Christian focus I use Biblical principles to help people gain clarity on their essential values and God’s calling on every aspect of their lives, so they can establish a healthy balance from the very start and live a more meaningful and fulfilling life of service.

I offer new and emerging leaders support and guidance in launching their new careers. I work with entrepreneurs and small business to build a solid foundation for lasting growth of their business. And I work with anyone who feels like they want to get more out of life.

I am trained through the Christian Coach Institute, an ICF approved training program. I hold an MBA from Northwest Christian University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

I live in Seattle, Washington and love being close to the outdoors, the city’s cultural assets, the sound, the fabulous sunshine in the summer and the nourishing rain in the winter.
