Developing a mission and vision statement helps to clarify and internalize a person’s aspirational identity. For it to have power it must reflect your true self. A big part of coaching is building awareness of one’s self and sorting out the jumble of confusing and often conflicting priorities we all live with.

These statements reflect what I hope to do with my coaching practice:

Mission

Helping people define and realize their visions and live out their passions.

Vision

To help every client experience joy and fulfillment by finding success pursuing their dreams.

Values

Love

I want to be driven by love in absolutely everything I do: love for my Creator, love for His creation.

Servanthood

My primary means of demonstrating my love is through serving those I love through the use of my gifts, strengths, and abilities.

Family

Leading and serving my family is my highest priority.

Fidelity

I am committed to aligning my values with those of Jesus Christ, and at all times acting in alignment with those values.

Excellence

I believe anything worth doing is worth doing to the best of my ability.
